The Parish of Toukley Budgewoi 

St Luke’s Toukley was established in 1962 to serve the spiritual needs of its local community.

From its inception, the Anglican Parish of Toukley sought to be a missional church which reached into the local community and the wider world with the gospel through a variety of initiatives such as its financial giving, hospitality, practical provision for those in need in the local community and a very active Op Shop. It has remained a place where the church family is nurtured, taught and encouraged in their spiritual growth and missional outreach and it is renowned for its hospitality and welcome to all those in need.

In September 2006, St John’s Budgewoi joined with us in worship bringing their experience, knowledge and love of God with them empowering our Parish with their Spirit.

St Luke’s is a warm and loving community that has displayed resilience and forgiveness in the face of adversity. In its worship-life, it has a strong desire to provide joyful worship of God in Christ Jesus, proclaiming the gospel and baptising and nurturing believers.
